General Information
The Beede Center consists of four pools, 83 degree 8 lane lap pool with lift and stairs, 90 degree therapy pool with lift and stairs, 88 degree children’s play pool, 84 degree deep water diving well, family changing areas, and fully equipped fitness area.
Enter the parking area where the gates are located, across from the high school. Tell the attendant that you are there to see Laura Diamond. They will buzz you in. Please sign in at the front desk and go downstairs. There is an elevator for your convenience. There are also family changing areas if you require accessibility and/or the assistance of a member of the opposite sex. Please bring a towel, pool shoes, cover up, and lock for your locker.

General Information
This office consists of a treatment space and core strengthening exercise equipment.
We are located directly across from T.J. Maxx in a strip mall. The building is shaped like an L. In the center of the building, where the two sides meet, there is a sign that will direct you upstairs to the professional offices. You will find stairs or an elevator when you enter that door. Turn left at the top of the stairs and we are the first office on the left, Suite 34.
