Modalities

Modalities are used to help relax tissue, improve circulation, decrease pain and swelling. They are often used in conjunction with manual therapy techniques. Laura and Megan have the following modalities available:

  • Electrical Stimulation

  • Ultrasound

  • Heat

  • Ice

  • Whirlpool
