ZOOMERS HIGH SPEED TRAINING FINS
Zoomers are a short blade swim fin which help to tone hips, thighs, stomach and buttocks. They are used for adapted swimming and kicking in prone and supine positions as well as for vertical stabilization exercises. This is a surface area resistance, without buoyancy.

ANKLE WEIGHTS
These weights have a heavy nylon cover for use in the water and on land. They fit comfortably with adjustable buckles for easy on and off. The weights are used for vertical spinal traction in combination with a collar or balance rings. They are also used for standing therapeutic exercises or gait training with someone who has had a stroke, decreased tone, decreased motor control, or poor balance. When placed on the wrist, they can be used for strengthening, to decrease ataxia, or increase motor control.
