General Information:
We are located directly across from the police station in a strip mall. The building is shaped like an L. At the corner of the building there is a sign that will direct you upstairs to the professional offices. You will find stairs or an elevator when you enter that door. Turn right at the top of the stairs and we are the first office on the left, Suite 29.

Directions:
From Route 128 North or South (From Mass Pike East or West follow to Route 128/95 North)
Take exit 26 (Route 20, Weston and Waltham)
From the South - go 3/4 of the way around the rotary and bear right onto Route 20 West.
From the North - bear right onto rotary and bear right onto Route 20 West.
The Mobil station will be on your left. Follow Route 20 West approximately 7.5 miles. Pass through Weston, then Wayland into Sudbury. Once you enter Sudbury we are 1.5 miles on the right in the Rugged Bear Plaza.

From the West (Mass Pike or Route 9)
Mass Pike to exit 12. Take Route 9 East and follow to Edgell Road. Take ramp up (right) and turn left over Route 9 onto Edgell Road. This turns into Nobscott Road. Follow to the end (6-7) miles to Route 20. Turn right on Route 20. Rugged Bear Plaza is 1/2 mile on left.

From Route 495 North or South take exit 24
Follow Route 20 East signs carefully through Marlboro. When you enter Sudbury we are 3.3 miles on the left in the Rugged Bear Plaza.

General Information:
Please tell the front desk that you are there to see Laura Diamond. They will direct you to the locker room. Please bring a towel, pool shoes, cover up, and lock for your locker.

Directions:
From Route 20 West (from the city take 128 to 20 West, Exit 26)
From I-95 take exit 26 and turn off on to the ramp. Continue on Route 20 West for 5.2 miles, where you will come to the second light. Turn right onto Route 126/Route 27. In about .1 mile take left fork onto Route 27 (Old Sudbury Road). In about 3.1 mile, you’ll come to a few churches and a traffic light. Go another .4 mile and you’ll see a sign for right fork, 27N to Maynard and straight to Hudson. Go straight to stay on Hudson Road. In about 1 mile, turn right onto Fairbank Road. The Atkinson Pool is the first right.

From the South (Framingham)
From Route 30 east, bear left onto Route 27 (Main St). Follow Route 27 crossing Route 20 and follow the directions above.

From the South (495 North)
Take exit 24 following the signs for Route 20 East, for 6.5 miles. After you pass the Wayside Inn on the left, turn left onto Peakham Road. In about for .5 miles, turn left onto Old Garrison Road at a three-way intersection and go .6 miles. Bear right onto Dutton Road for 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Hudson Road for .2 miles. Turn left onto Fairbank Road. The Atkinson Pool is the first right.

From the West (Worcester, Route 290 East, Hudson and Bolton)
From Route 290 you will cross over Route 495 and take the Route 85/290 connector, also called Hudson Street. Turn left onto Route 85 North. At the next light, turn right on Broad Street, see sign for the Firefighter’s Academy. Just before Main Street, take a right onto Vila Do Porto Boulevard, which will hook into Main Street in front of a gas station. Turn right onto Main Street. Main Street becomes State Road, then as it bears right, it becomes Sudbury Road. Pass the Firefighter's Academy on the left and continue on Hudson Road. Follow past playing fields and turn left onto Fairbank Road. The Atkinson Pool is the first right.

From the North (495 South)
From Route 495, take exit 27, Route 117 East towards Stow and Maynard. Follow Route 117 until the intersection with Route 27. Take a right onto Route 27. Follow Route 27 into Sudbury. Take a right onto Fairbank Road. The Atkinson Pool is .7 miles on the left.

General Information:
Enter the parking area where the gates are located, across from the high school. Tell the attendant that you are there to see Laura Diamond. They will buzz you in. Please sign in at the front desk and go downstairs. There is an elevator for your convenience. There are also family changing areas if you require accessibility and/or the assistance of a member of the opposite sex. Please bring a towel, pool shoes, cover up, and lock for your locker.

Directions:
From the East and Route 128
Take Route 128 to Route 2 West. Follow Route 2 West to the lights at Route 126 - Walden Pond. Take a right at the lights toward Concord Center and follow for approximately ¼ mile to a small fork - just before the fork on the left is the driveway to Concord Carlisle High School and Beede Center.

From the West and Route 495
Take Route 495 to Route 2 East. Follow Route 2 East approximately 10 miles to the rotary. Continue through rotary staying on Route 2 East to the first set of lights. At the lights take a left and at the end of the exit go right onto Elm Street toward the Texaco station. Follow Elm Street to the stop sign at the end. Merge onto Main Street and stay in the right lane. At the lights take a right onto Thoreau Street. Go straight through the lights and continue approximately ½ mile past the playground on your left - the driveway for both the Concord Carlisle High School and Beede Center is your first right after the playground.

From Route 126
Take Route 126 Cross Route 2. The high school is 500 yards down on the left at the fork in the road.
(or take Route 2 West from 128 and take a right onto Route 126 at the light.) Go into the school entrance and go past the front of the high school. Beede Center is on the right.
